Obama’s New Republic; Attempts To Impose Socialist Law

A plan for salary caps by Obama is socialist and in direct conflict with the Constitution he swore to uphold.He is overstepping his authority in leaps and bounds, and has been our President less than a month. Does he think he is our dictator or is he just naive?
