Because a state inspector had his feelings hurt, he instituted a Gestapo-style action against a rural co-op family in charges that are, at best questionable, and are more likely the state performing illegal acts against its citizens. The use of SWAT team tactics causes a family with young children to fear for their safety by the state's actions.
